These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ziqro Innovations' web development platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Basic Plan: Up to 1 project, 2 feature requests/month
Premium Plan: Up to 5 projects, 10 feature requests/month/project
Enterprise Plan: Up to 10 projects, 20 feature requests/month/project
Feature requests reset on the 1st of each month
Note: Additional plans or modifications may be introduced in the future based on client needs and service enhancements.

To prevent fraud and comply with AML/industry requirements, Ziqro Innovations may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before activating services, processing refunds, or servicing high-risk requests.
Accepted IDs (global): Any valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, National ID, Driving License).
You authorize Ziqro and its third-party verification providers and payment processors to process your information solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, risk assessment, and compliance checks (including sanctions screening).
If you decline or fail KYC, Ziqro may suspend or terminate the account and withhold refunds or service activation until verification is completed.
You must provide accurate, current information; submitting false/forged documents may result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Revisions or changes may affect the timeline and cost
Projects are considered complete upon final delivery
Source code is not provided or shared under any plan

Pro-rated billing for mid-cycle upgrades or downgrades
Payment must be completed within 30 days of the invoice
30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
No refunds for completed or delivered projects
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion
6.1 Domain Ownership
Clients must procure and register their own domain name from a third-party registrar of their choice.
Ziqro Innovations does not sell, register, or renew domains on behalf of clients.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of domain ownership details.
6.2 DNS Management
We provide custom nameservers for all hosting clients, which must be updated in your domain registrar settings.
Once configured, our team manages all DNS settings using secure, high-availability infrastructure to ensure reliable and accurate domain resolution.
DNS changes are typically applied in near real-time; however, final propagation depends on your domain registrar and global network conditions.
We maintain a 99.9% uptime commitment for DNS resolution as part of our service guarantee.
6.3 Hosting & Infrastructure
Ziqro Innovations does not operate as a traditional shared web hosting company and does not sell standalone hosting plans.
We deploy and manage client projects on dedicated or cloud servers provisioned from third-party infrastructure providers (such as DigitalOcean, Hostinger, AWS, or similar).
All servers are owned or leased by Ziqro Innovations and are selected based on the technical requirements and expected load of the client’s project, website, or web application.
The underlying server hardware and network infrastructure are operated by the respective third-party provider, whose terms of service will apply alongside ours.
Ziqro Innovations is responsible for server provisioning, setup, configuration, and ongoing management in accordance with the agreed project scope.
You retain rights to your original content
You permit us to use it as needed for service delivery
You are responsible for ensuring the legality and ownership of submitted materials
All development tools, platforms, and frameworks remain our property.
Custom-developed websites are provided as a managed service only.
Clients do not receive source code or server-level access.
Template and plugin licensing terms may apply.
Rebranding, resale, or white labeling of our services is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
No illegal, harmful, or abusive content
No spamming, hacking, or exploitation of the platform
No violation of third-party rights

Routine maintenance may cause temporary downtime
We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events

We respect your privacy. Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy. In addition, you acknowledge that Ziqro may collect and process identity information for KYC, including:
Government-issued ID details, basic personal information.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ziqro Innovations is registered.
Initial resolution attempts through our support team
Mediation is preferred before legal action
Binding arbitration may be enforced as outlined in client contracts
You may cancel your subscription anytime
Ongoing projects will be halted
Access to data and the platform ends upon termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Non-payment may lead to account suspension
Serious abuse may result in immediate termination without notice
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice will be provided via email or platform alert. Continued use signifies your acceptance of updated terms.
