Working days exclude Sundays and national holidays.
Delivery timelines begin once all required project inputs and approvals are received from the client (content, preferences, domain access, etc.).
Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of required information are not the responsibility of Ziqro Innovations.
Any requested changes or additional feature requests may affect the delivery timeline.
Clients will receive updates through email or the project dashboard.
Active communication is expected to keep the project moving smoothly.
Ziqro Innovations is not responsible for project delays due to client-side inactivity beyond 3 working days.

Minor revisions are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.
